Shipping policy

Order Processing:
We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. To ensure efficient fulfillment, we typically process orders once per week, usually in the middle of the week. This schedule allows us to provide the best possible turnaround time for our customers. Orders placed after our weekly processing time will be included in the next scheduled batch.

Shipping Times & Estimates:
Shipping times are estimated and not guaranteed. Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery times will vary based on the shipping carrier, destination, and any unforeseen delays. While most orders arrive within 5-10 business days, actual delivery times may differ. We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Rates & Methods:
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We primarily use standard shipping services to keep costs low, but expedited shipping options may be available at an additional cost.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable). Please allow time for tracking details to update as shipments are processed by the carrier.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments:
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been shipped. If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend checking with neighbors or contacting the carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will do our best to assist you.

International Shipping:
At this time, we primarily ship within the United States of America (USA). If international shipping is available, additional fees, customs duties, and taxes may apply. Customers are responsible for any import fees assessed by their country’s customs office.
