Kernel in Time: An Evening with Cerebral & DMNS (Endeavor Members)

Join us for an evening that blends beer, history, and discovery as Cerebral Brewing partners with the Denver Museum of Nature & Science for a one-of-a-kind collaboration. Together, we’ve crafted Kernel in Time: a Cold IPA brewed with corn, paying tribute to the ancient traditions of maize beer in the Andes.

Your evening begins with a social hour from 5–6 PM, followed by an immersive class from 6–8 PM led by DMNS experts, exploring the history of the Moche people and other Andean kingdoms who brewed with maize long before the Inca. For these cultures, beer was more than refreshment - it was a ritual offering, a tool of statecraft, and a link between the earthly and the divine.

Cerebral's partners at Troubadour Maltings will guide a hands-on sensory experience, where you’ll taste and feel the grains that shaped this beer.

Tickets are $10 and include:

• Two 4oz pours of any Cerebral beer, including the debut of Kernel in Time before it releases to the public

• An exclusive cultural and sensory workshop with DMNS and Troubadour Maltings

• The chance to connect with fellow Endeavor members and DMNS members
